What is EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has been used for decades. It was first developed by Dr. Roger Callahan in traditional psychotherapy. He studied meridian endpoints in acupuncture, exploring the combinations of psychotherapy with tapping. This led to the development of a set of "algorithms", or sequences, to address different issues.

Later, Gary Craig, one of his students, identified a single set sequence of tapping that hit all the major meridian endpoints, now called EFT. Gary Craig also built a community called EFT International, a Global Association for practitioners, students, and mentors. This association holds practitioners to the highest standards, professional development, and ethical code of conduct.
